Why is it so ridiculously hard to find full-fat yogurt in the store?? Frustrating!🤪
I watched a gentleman who is also a nutritionist and he says you should not consume much fat. His reasoning is, if you give your body fat, it will burn the fat that you are eating and not the fat, visceral or subcutaneous, fat that you need to get rid of in your body. In other words, your body will burn more visceral fat and subcutaneous fat if you don’t eat fat. He suggests high protein and vegetables. What is your opinion?
Great list!!
Hi Autumn, I know I’m coming late to this video, but you asked for suggestions on using sardines/anchovies. I really enjoy them on avocado toast, especially with fresh broccoli sprouts. I’ll also use them in place of some of the tuna when making tuna salad. And I enjoy adding an anchovy or two to any creamy sauce I’m making for an extra umami kick – just blitz it in (you can also use anchovy paste).
