I thought the point of meal prep was not to have to cook it on the day you need it. That salad will maybe last half a day in the fridge before wiltering. I am so confused. Also, this is all you would eat for a month?! How can you have so few variety?

Ok i was doing calorie deficit but for the past 8 months now i have been at 204 then 207 then back at 204… this yoyo is exhausting. I want to get down to 180lbs, lose visceral fast frol 16 to 14 atleast and reduce subcantous fat as well. But i feel i get more hungry now. What should i do to overcome those hunger pangs/stress pangs that make me reach out to food. How do i train my brain…

How in the world do you figure out how to know how much you need to eat and what your macro count is?
