Best high-protein foods for energy, gut health and longevity (and how I get 30g per meal)
Hereβs how I eat more protein without relying on loads of meat or protein shakes.
Mixing up your protein sources is one of the simplest ways to support gut health, improve digestion and stay healthy as you age. It helps you get more fibre, essential nutrients and anti-inflammatory polyphenols.

This is extremely helpful! I love how easy it is to implement and the focus on more plantbased options, while also including dairy. As a vegetarian, it is usually hard to find cooking inspiration that is high protein and not center around meat or is completely vegan. This is probably the most useful and comprehensive video I have found so far, thank you!!!
Per 100g is misleading because it doesnβt take in the caloric density per 100g. In my perspective itβd be more beneficial to compare it per 100kcal because most people are trying to get lean sources of protein per calories.

Almost all animal βprotienβ comes from factory farming. You are kidding yourself if you think otherwise. 99% in US, UK and Australia. Which makes sense as its a much cheaper way to provide it to you. This includes fish. Almost all Salmon comes from a fish farm. Farmed animals come with antibiotics which are making g your immune system worse and killing your gut.
